- 1 ½ oz. Havana Club 3 Year Old Rum
- ½ oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- ½ oz. Orgeat (Almond Syrup - like you find in a coffee shop)
- ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
- ½ oz. Havana Club 7 Year Old (float on top)
- Crushed Ice
Shake all ingredients except the Havana Club Rum 7 Year Old in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted. Strain into a lowball glass and top up with the Havana Club 7 Year Old Rum.
