- 1 ½ oz. of Havana Club 7 Year Old Rum
- ¾ oz. of Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz. Chilled Sparkling Wine
- 6 Mint Leave
Lightly muddle the mint in the base of a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for sparkling wine, shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine.
